You should try a cat or two sometime if you think you are ready. If you get them when they're little, they shouldn't have a problem with the dogs.

FYI, I work with a bunch of Engineers and I'll take my two cats over two engineers anyday.

Hmmm, I prefer a cat.

The engineer may look at your stuff with curiosity, dis-assembles it, but most of the time, couldn't fix it back.

The cat may look at your stuff with curiosity, may break it, but it's okay if he can't fix it, he's just a cat. :-)

I'm a dog person myself....but cats do have their perks. Now that we are officially pet free....my mind has already started to wander about the next one. Hubby says cat...I say dog.
