Okay, let's get something straight. A wedge salad is called a wedge salad because it's composed primarily of a wedge of lettuce.  If you chop the wedge you end up with a chopped salad.  Imagine the effect of combining matter and anti-matter, and you'll understand why it's impossible to have a chopped wedge salad.
